I work with a small number of leaders facing leadership transitions, difficult decisions, complex board relationships, stakeholder pressures or significant organisational change. Our conversations are practical, confidential and grounded in the realities of leadership.
 

Executive Sounding Board Series
A six-month engagement for CEOs and senior executives seeking continuity and perspective. 

It includes an initial 90-minute alignment session, five further 90-minute conversations, 

agreed objectives and a concluding review.
 

Executive Decision Series
Three 90-minute conversations over up to three months, 

focused on a specific leadership transition, challenge or consequential decision.
 

Engagements are offered virtually or in person in Sydney. Availability is intentionally limited.
